- Shipping & Delivery
- We ship using United States Postal Service (for packages under 2 pounds and shipments to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, US Territories, Alaska and Hawaii) or FedEx (everything else). We currently only ship to the USA and Canada. Our standard shipping rates are FREE shipping for orders over $25; otherwise shipping is $3.95. (For wholesale orders, FREE shipping is for orders over $200; otherwise shipping is $5.)
- Orders submitted by 3pm PT / 6pm ET are typically shipped the same day. Orders submitted after 3pm PT / 6pm ET typically ship the following business day.
- Returns & Replacements
- Good Paper stands behind our products and offers a full refund for 30-days on unused merchandise. If you would like an exchange, return the items you do not want, and order the items you do want from this online store.
To return your item Contact Us or email us at store@goodpaper.com with the following information requesting a refund or exchange:
1. Order number
2. Product number and/or name
3. Reason for return
4. Note type of return (Refund, Exchange, Replacement)
We will issue you an RMA number. Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the packing slip with the RMA number written on it. Return shipping charges are not covered by our refund. Send returns to the following address:

If you choose to mail your shipment via the US Postal Service, please insure the package. If it is not insured and it is lost or damaged, we cannot honor the refund. FedEx and UPS ground automatically insure packages for up to $100.
